The newest maintenance release 8.0.4 of HALCON 8.0
includes several enhancements, such as improvements of many operators,
several new examples for HDevelop, as well as documentation updates
and fixes of all currently known bugs. Have a look at the release

release or a package to update an older release of HALCON 8.0.

which is now based on the latest GenICam release v2.0.1 and provides
a specific filter driver to increase the performance under Windows
XP/Vista/7. Additionally, the new interface revision fixes some
bugs and includes several new parameters and enhancements regarding
device discovery, device initialization, and parameter handling
