purchased HALCON, will be happy to further assist you. In case
you're not yet a HALCON customer, please also contact your
local distributor.

Free Application Evaluation: To
provide the best solution for your task, we offer
to evaluate your application in advance. Please contact your
local distributor directly or use our
application
request form to describe your application, best by also
attaching sample images. Our distributor
will discuss your application with you and show how to efficiently
solve it with HALCON. Of course, you may also make use of this
service, if you're not a HALCON customer so far.

Problem Support: Whenever you
need help for using HALCON, feel free to contact your
local distributor. Please do not
forget to specify your system environment, i.e., the used
HALCON version, the computer/processor type, operating system, etc.,
and the exact HALCON error message.
Furthermore it might be helpful to attach a short HDevelop
program and the corresponding image to demonstrate your
problem to your local distributor.

Image Acquisition Devices: If
you have problems with one of HALCON's
image acquisition interfaces
make sure that your installed computer system matches all
the system requirements of the used HALCON image acquisition
interface, especially the driver version.
When reporting a frame grabber related support query, please don't
forget to enumerate all involved hardware and software components.
